| After the body was sanded and primed, filled and sanded and so on until every ripple was perfect, it was off to the Algonquin College spray booth. |
| After the final primer coat was sprayed, a white base coat was applied. This was done to create the white stripes. |
| Then, the white stripes were masked off and on goes the blue. |
| After the first coat has dried, or flashed, another coat of blue is applied until the desired look and coverage is achieved. |
| The finished base coat is now rubbed down to remove any imperfections before the clear coat is applied. |
| All done. Multiple coats of base and clear coat have been applied. After a polishing treatment the body will be ready to mount on the chassis. |
