Starting late 2007 and continuing until the end of 2008 we will be building a 1932 Ford 3
window Hot Rod coupe with the finest products available from Canadian Tire and other
Canadian suppliers.

In the following pages you will be able to read the initial proposal for the project car.  As you
will read, this project  goes far beyond  just building a cool car.  To build the car, we are again
working with Rideau Street Youth Enterprises, who built the
Cobra raffle car, to take six street
kids and give them a chance to improve their life.  We will train them in automotive and retail
skills and help them with work placements.  We will help set these youth on a path to a
productive life.  But that is not the end of this project's benefit to the community.  When the car
is finished, Canadian Tire will be conducting a raffle with all the proceeds going to the
Queensway Carleton Hospital.  And of course, as if all this is not enough, one lucky ticket
holder will get to drive home in an awesome piece of automotive technology.

This years project is a huge undertaking but with what I believe will be the best raffle car ever
for Canadian Tire.
